The intent is to depict the concern of Climate Change to our Mother Earth and how the Aboriginal and Indigenous People’s of the World way of Life is being challenged. The centre of this piece represents the “Earth” as it’s core becomes depleted. The feather’s indicate the Aboriginal and Indigenous People’s of the world uniting in Prayer to the Great Spirit for guidance. However, as witnessed, as the climate condition deteriorates, so do the “feathers”. The symbol of the Sun is shown rising from the West, a catastrophic sign for all Peoples’ to note and take heed…
